Softtop no longer fitting

Hi, went to put up the softtop today (the lady was cold) and it would not reach far enough to clip to the screen. Now I had a new windscreen fitted a couple of weeks ago. Thy did it with the frame still on the car. I noticed them pushing it backwards and fowards quite a bit while fitting (new rubber as well) When the chap finished he told me the glass would push out at the bottom if the frame was pushed back hard. Suggested leaving it for a while to see if the rubber seal firmed up and held the screen better. I tend to think the work they did has moved the whole unit foward enough so the softtop no longer fits. What is the consenses and the fix?

How does the windscreen frame fit against the quarter window? I found that to be the best indicator of proper windscreen placement.
