@bricoladeur The source you provide for the early series Alpine chrome gas ring has been out of stock for a long time. They claim they are no longer being made due to the fact that the mold has been destroyed. I have been looking for a decent one for a couple of years. The seller in Canada on eBay overprices all his parts and in my experience won't negotiate on any of it. As a result, many of his parts have been listed forever.

They are located in the Czech Republic according to the contact information. Chrome may be reasonable but shipping is a killer!

@bricoladuer The folks at the website you provided have been out of stock of the "Petrol Filler Chrome Ring" for some time. They claim the mold was destroyed and that there are no plans to make ant more.

I purchased the chrome ring from http://www.rootesparts.com/id103.htm just a couple months ago...perhaps I bought the last one in stock.

Rootes parts page doesn't state "NLA" so the repro chrome ring should still be available...
