Bruce, unfortunately that is just a casting date to a part common to many rootes vehicles of the time.
If you really want to move this trans as an SIII, you are going to have to twist the input shaft (say 10 times and count the output shaft turns and fractional turns) on at least first gear.
Otherwise its just another non-sync trans that hardly anyone wants...
