S-III chrome ring around gas filler tube

Is there a chrome ring and grommet to hold the filler tube to the fender like the series II but for a series III?
I found a rubber grommet that fits the tube but doesn't have the groved rubber to secure it to the fender.

Series 3 has a unique chrome collar around the petrol filler opening as it's mounted on the curved part of the body not the vertical surface like the SI/II .

I do think it goes into the body per the early cars...I think it's just a trim ring.

Maybe contact Eric G or Robert Jarrsman to see if they might have one
