You guys are being a little harsh... Obviously, if there are no floor pans there can be no rust in the floor pans...

I think the seller is going by the idea that the less body work on the car, the easier it is to convert it into anything you can think of. Such as speedster, drag racer, or .......? The funny thing is he has a reserve on it greater thant the starting point of $500.

Personal opinion, reserve shouldn't be that far from the starting point. I once bid on a cylinder head for a 3.8L XK engine, the starting bid was $1. The reserve was apparently somewhere over $1500. He listed the thing 4 times each one moving up the starting point until it was over a grand and he didn't get any hits. I quit well before then so just watched th elast couple auctions.

But lots of effort for no return.
