Hi Guys,

For those who want to rescue a restored Alpine from a fate worse than death (according to some) , the conversion to the V6, hare is a restored Alpine that originally was intended to be converted, but the original owner sold it to someone else before he did it. I believe it comes with the V6 kit, so still can be converted, if you so choose. I don't know how to post the pictures that came in the email, but I'm sure the present owner will do it soon. I told the inquirer to post the sale here, then if the guys on the forum didn't want it, to put it on ebay. I just wanted you guys to get the first shot.

Hi Jim,

I think the owner will be posting the car on this forum soon. The V6 kit isn't included, since it has long ago been sold to help pay for the restoration. It is pretty yellow and it has the wheel trim rings I lust for. I think the owner is asking $17K for it. Since I don't know much about restored stock Alpines, I don't know if that is a good price for it. Wait till the owner posts pictures and all details.

Are they still made out to Maria and then mailed to Sheri. Let me know on the kits. I have a surprise I may have to get two of the kits from you..jim
