Hey guys and gals,

I am stripping down a Series II and was about to take off the differential to use on a Series 3 when I looked at the parts book and they are different parts numbers. They are both 3:89 ratio rear ends. Any thought if they are interchangeable?

Cheers

The crown wheel and pinion should be the same the actually axle housings are different, the S3 has the mounts for the shocks.. the SII wont.

SII Rear End to SIII

In addition to shock mounts, the emergency brake brackets are totally different from SII to SIII
