I have tried the mix of 50% Acetone and 50 % ATF

I have to say I am really pleased.I spray it on heavy and come back next day and the rusty nuts/bolts do come off.
I am working on my son's 53 Meteor and even with other penetrating oils I was still breaking some bolts.So far no more and I have the body ready to come off the frame.

Aero Kroil, PB Blaster, Free, and Free All work quite well, usually within about five minutes. Seems they have some type of reducing agent that helps dissolve rust.
