It is a very nice Alger and the original builder clearly wasn't trying to fool anyone with it, as the VIN was left unchanged. But, while the current seller does include a description of the original work as one of the many photos (http://s1381.photobucket.com/user/c...TIGER CVT V-8 008977 067_zpsr8glgsw9.jpg.html), I think it he is being pretty misleading by calling it a "Sunbeam Tiger Resto-Mod".

The Alger that sold in the P.N.W. on eBay for 27,000 then again in Anaheim at Auction for 60,000 then maybe one other time before showing back here . Maybe this shows the danger of buying a old car for the wife.
