If those are the wheels I think, they are 13 x 5 with a backspace of 4 inches. Also, they should be serial numbered, forged wheels not cast.
A picture of the back of a wheel would have helped.
I am not sure if they will fit an Alpine - never tried. They would not fit my Mk I Capri, long ago, because the center hole was too small.
