What is a good rattle-can choice for matching the "Foam Grey" paint on the front of Sunbeam steel wheels?

I don't know of a rattle can version, but here's the formula (mix ratios) from the 1961-1969 ICI Rootes colour swatch, in case you want to have some mixed:

FOAM GREY / FOAM WHITE
White P030-9929 - 91%
Black P030-9901 - 2%
Reduced Yellow Oxide P062-9911 - 7%

A trace of reduced Permanent Green P062-9905 may be required.

Wow Kevin, what a great response! This is what I enjoy most about this hobby!
Do you have an opinion on what to use for Carnival Red in this day and age?

I believe it is the following paint codes:

Carnival Red
PPG: P420-8385
ICI: P0308385

The same colour, I believe, was also used on early Lotus cars, FWIW.
