Late SV trunk tool layout photo needed

I'm looking for a photo of a late SV trunk showing the tool layout with spring clip locations. My late SV has only three factory drilled holed for the spring clips and these are right behind the spare tire. The factory jack fits nicely, but there's no clips for the lug wrench.
Jim Stone graciously provided me a pic of his SV trunk that has spring clips on the lower right passenger side for the wrench, but I have no factory holes drilled in this location.
I'm really curious now if there was a tool change late in the production run.

i have a series 5 built somewhere around the last week of production and it's the same as my early series 5 .
