I just recieved 4 photographs from John Wilson. Three are of the Visalia Dodge Boys Alpine and the last was an image of the Sports Car Forum Alpine.
It was from Daytona's American Road Race of Champions. This was the last race Dan Carmichael ran the Alpine.
It is quite amazing how original the car has remained. Also, I had always wondered when the roll bar was changed. Originally it was a very squared of single hoop. SCCA changed requirements and in the photo you can see the "new" roll bar for 1967 - the bar you see in the car today.
