intake manifold torque

does anyone know what the proper torque and sequence for the intake and exhaust manifolds.... cant find any info i have been using 30lb for the intake and 25lb for the exaust ... but really it is a guess

that seems lite to me but its more than likely correct.... will find out tonite on my little leaker
