Yesterday, had an incident with the rear brakes. They decided to lock up as I was driving home. Ended up in low gear at an estimated 2000-2500 rpm. Was showing 5 psi on the intake manifold when things got really tight. Managed to get it off the road as the clutch started to smoke. So I guess I have some low end grunt. The clutch/pressure plate is a stock Pinto-Lima unit, but they have a very good reputation for power handling and durability.
