Gas tank replacement '60 Alpine

I posted this in the original Alpine forum and thought that it should be here. I am building a '60 Alpine with a Pinto 2300 that will not be stock in anyway so any gas tank that can be modified or what ever is fine with me. There isn't much room to put one exactly where the original was but with the mounting ring removed that leaves a bit more room.

Anyone have any luck finding another gas tank that is available reproduction or something that can be fit in there?

When we built the 62 V6 I used.the tank from a 70 Alpinne GT. Bit f work making the bracket fit. Also a much larger tank- Also made a shield for it.

Thanks, but is that easier to find than the Alpine? I am looking at the MG, just emailed a guy about the measurements.
