Early Hard-top: Missing Pieces

Hi,

I am looking for the small trim pieces marked in red on the attached diagram, for my early hardtop. I wondered if anyone on the forum can help me locate them?
I realise one of the pieces is just a rubber pad which can be fabricated. It is the tiny joining corner pieces of stainless trim which are the real problem to find. I have everything else.

Part numbers are:

Lower pad 2201570
Lower NS corner 2201535
Lower OS corner 2201534
Screen Corners 2201463
