Dash rebuild question

My S5 came with an ugly dash. The PO no longer had the original but I was able to source 2 fully gauged dashes. I’m trying my hand at laminating walnut to one. Between the two dashes, I believe I have a complete set of working gauges and 3 out of 4 switches. The panel switch will need to be replaced. The PO installed an internally regulated alternator when he upgraded to a new wiring harness. I found a similar volt meter to use in place of the amp meter. I’ll install it on the left side so it won’t be as noticeable.
I have two questions:
1. How do I check the dash regulator to see if it’s working properly? I ran 12v into it and it didn’t seem to change the output voltage more than a couple of 10ths.
2. The wiring diagram doesn’t include the blower switch and motor. Where might I find one?

Unfortunately I never met the PO. I bought the Sunbeam from the man’s estate. I’m not sure what harness was installed. I included a photo but it probably doesn’t do any good. I’m familiar with American Autowire and I don’t think this is there’s. As you can see in the other photo, the engine is not stock. It’s from a post S5 Sunbeam. Fortunately I’ve sourced a stock S4 engine. The only other significant thing not stock is the dash, brake booster, and wheels.

I see you have an original voltage stabilizer. It needs a load to work properly, as the current flowing through the device generates heat and that opens and closes some bi-metal pieces. I think it is similar to a thermal flasher unit. The stabilizer should be oriented as mentioned below when testing. Be sure to ground the stabilizer housing.

To generate load, you can wire the fuel and temperature gauges in series. E.g. "I" connector on stabilizer goes to fuel gauge connector. Connect the other fuel gauge connector to the temperature gauge. Ground the other temperature gauge connector. If the stabilizer and gauges are working, they should read just slightly to the right of center:

The dash regulator needs to be grounded and should read 10v, the switches are available from Sunbeam Specialties. Hope this helps.
