There's a chart of all the Alpine cam specs in issue 7 of the Alpine Marque, which you can find under the "SAOCA Info" tab at the top of the site. It says series I-III Alpines had 246 degrees of duration on the intake side and 240 for the exhaust-- the stock cam is really quite mild with little overlap, which (I'm told) is one of the reasons these engines respond well to cam changes for better breathing and extra power. The chart in issue 7 is much more detailed. To put those figures in perspective, BMW guys usually look at 286- or 292-degree cams as the best compromise between streetability and power on an M10 4-cylinder or M30 6-cylinder.
