Caliper Mounting Holes

Does anybody know if the distances between the SI-II and SIII-V brake caliper mounting holes are different?

The bolt center spacing on the S-3 / S-IV / S-V caliper is 3.25".

I vaguely recall reading that the spacing on the S-1 / S-II caliper is 3.50".
