Those are LAT 9 "pie cutter" wheels. They were made specifically for the tiger in the USA. There were repros done in the 80s i belive.

They are a rare wheel and generally sell for 2000+ a set of 4 and more if the Tiger heads havent been cut from the centres by people to assist balancing them.

A couple years back I looked at a really nice set at the Carlisle Import Festival and the asking price was $3000. The centers were uncut.
