Might have been Paul Scofield that wanted part of the firewall. He has resolved that problem.
However there is a Alpine listed as a '64 for sale (CL in NC) that has had the firewall removed in an attempt to build a tiger clone.(?)
It is in fact a "Finned" car with a late model hardtop worth the money the seller is asking.
Perhaps you could alert the seller of your parts ?
