63 Alpine Drag Car

I'll bet thats the same car that was at the St Louis United in 2003? It was in primer then.

I'm pretty sure this guy had a totally-stock, pristine Alpine when he started out... then he was blinded by the gentle curves, the oh-so-seductive orbs of... those plastic headlight buckets. Then all was lost.

Actually, I heard he took a MKII Tiger he found in a junkyard and used that as the basis for his drag car. The rear quarters were so rusted out he used the fins off an earlier car.
