Don't know for sure if this is one of our members project or not but it's been on CraigsList for awhile now. From the looks of that list he's got allot of money into it and I'm sure hasn't been able get an offer even close to breaking even as is often the case in restorations or resto-mods.

It sounds like a great opportunity for someone planning on doing a Conversion to the extent he has. If I didn't already have a Conversion underway I'd be interested.

I spoke with the owner a few weeks ago. Sounds like a nice guy. We didn't talk price, though. I was hoping for a bolt-it-together-and-go level of project, but it looks like a bit more than that.
