    Shipping a Sunbeam

Can I ask who you used? Also did you do enclosed or unenclosed? I'm thinking it's going to have to go unenclosed, the cost is just too high for the alternative. Anybody have any tips/advice/opinion on that?

Wow Tom! Yeah, I would appreciate that very much. I'm trying to get a mechanic in the area to go look at it either today or tomorrow. But I would definitely like an expert's two cents! Thanks again, very much. I'll send you a private message, Jeremy

    Shipping a Sunbeam

Haha, thanks guys, I appreciate the advice. I've been trying to do exactly that, but I've been having little luck finding anything here in California. I don't want to jump on the wrong car, just because it's available but, at the same time, I don't want to let it slip through my fingers...

    Shipping a Sunbeam

Also, is there anybody that can speak to shipping enclosed vs. unenclosed? I was really expecting the shipping to be less expensive than it has been, to the point that now I'm thinking about shipping unenclosed but, obviously, I don't want to ruin the car/soft top/any of it.

Yeah, I'm a little bit suspicious but I found a Mechanic to check the car out for me. I don't know, might end up wasting a few bucks to find out that this is not the car for me, but that beats buying it and getting it out here to me only to find out that it's a mess, right? I'm also mindful...

    Shipping a Sunbeam

I might finally be joining the ranks of Alpine owners, and I couldn't be happier. Wondering if anybody has any tips/suggestions on getting a car from another state out here to me in Los Angeles? It is in Wisconsin. Obviously I want to ship it enclosed. Also, as it isn't too expensive a car...

I saw this on Craigslist: http://milwaukee.craigslist.org/cto/4207764154.html I'm definitely very interested in owning my first Alpine, and am wondering if anybody can advise on this car. It looks good in the pictures, but pictures can be deceiving. Ad claims that it's "mechanically perfect,"...

    Hello

This is kinda lame maybe, but I'm brand new to SAOCA and I wanted to say hello to everybody and thank you for all the information that you've gathered. I'm starting to search for my first Sunbeam, and I really appreciate all the help you've all already been. Thanks so much. Jeremy

Series 4 GT, pretending to be an ST

Hey Guys! I'm super, brand new to SAOCA and I was wondering if you guys could offer some advice, since you really seem to know what you're talking about. I'm starting the hunt for my very first Sunbeam, and I'm wondering if this car would be a good place to start? Paul seems to think it's a...
