Wire wheel off a 1962 Alpine

I have a 13" wire wheel off a 1962 Sunbeam Alpine. This has been in the corner of the garage for 40 years. In high school I drove an Alpine. I was told this will fit on any old British car (MG, MGB, Triumph, etc.) with wire wheels.

Spokes are all tight and just needs to be cleaned. Currently has a 13" tire on it. Tire is no good.

I do not want to throw this away ! It is in Mahwah, NJ

Bob the key is the condition of the splines... Are they sharp pointed top, or tappering to one side?

A closeup photo of the splines on the central hub would be ideal
