What is your recommendation for tires for my 1963 Sunbeam Alpine.

This car has set for 40 years and has B-78 - 13 tires on it. I would like to have radials tires so what would be a good choice?

Welcome to the Forum.

If "1963 Sunbeam Alpine" means a Series 3, the factory wheels are only 4" wide and were intended for use with 5.60-13, 5.90-13 or 6.00-13 bias ply tires. The p-metric radial equivalent to a 6.00-13 bias ply is 155R13 or 155/80-13.

I recommend making sure that any tires you use are approved by the tire maker for use on a 4" wide wheel.

I use these tires, even on my Tiger. Excellent grip and they fit. And they are shipped to your door
