What engine do I have.

You should be able to locate a re-grindable 1725 cam pretty easily. You can't use the existing cam from your cast iron-head engine because the order of the intake and exhaust ports is different vs. aluminum heads.

Here is a link to another thread about cams with a comparative picture. The biggest difference between an iron head cam and an alloy head is the reversal of the port order for cylinders #2 and #3.

Iron head port order > E I I E E I I E

It's not possible to regrind a cam to the other order.
