W T B seat back adjuster or advice on a fix

ColinLM

My '67 Alpine has lost the ability to adjust the angle of the seat back.
The part I need is on the base of the seat, the part that the adjusting lever operates.
Most of the teeth on mine have stripped and I am left with only one setting that is too upright for comfortable motoring.
If I cannot find a part my plan is to switch the seats and let the passenger have deal with no adjustment,
but I would rather not put her through that.

I am very open to other suggestions.

I recall they had a gear that was for the s3 onwards seat. But thats a memory from maybe 20 years ago... so even if they had may br nla.

Check catalogue.. or.. @65beam @volvoguys @sunalp @Jaars
Thanks for the plug, Michael.

I should have that seat adjusting handle. If ColinLM sends a PM to me to include an email address and zip code I should be able to follow-up by the weekend.

Are you talking about the part with the 3 notches?
