Three Sunbeams and a Hillman

I know the back story of these cars. Some may remember Jon Artz who lived in Nebraska. He was a long time Sunbeam owner and a TEAE member who had many Sunbeams over the years. He passed away 3 years ago. I don't know how his cars got to Wisconsin from there.

I'll never forget Tiger Tom using the Power Wagon to pull Jon's Fun Wagon up the hill to TT's house . This was at a BASH many years ago. Maybe early 80's? The 1725 didn't have enough power to pull a large motor home up the hill. I seem to remember that Jon lived in N. Jersey at that time. Didn't Jon also have a Humber?

I think that Scott Christie bought Jon's Humber-and drove it to an Invasion. That car is now in the British museum in Dayton.

Did he drive that to the Dillard House or Oklahoma? The museum had another Humber for sale a few years back. Doug was thinking about buying it but found the car was infested with ants.

Jon drove the Humber to an Invasion, he lived in Nebraska at the time. That would have been one of the early shows held on Ian's parents property. Probably #2 or #4. I want to say #3, but it was held in Dillard.
