Yes, its a rootes designed engine.

I used to see this car almost every day walking to high school in Seattle, though it wasn't until several years later when I realized it was a relative of my first Sunbeam, a '69 fastback Coupe. The Humber really doesn't look much different from 40 years ago.

I know the current owner and verify the car being parked inside for a long, long time.
