Steering column bearings

I have a Tiger steering column that has crusted and rusted bearing retainers, top and bottom. The top is the same for the Alpine and Tiger as I understand, and the Tiger has the same bearing and cup at the bottom. Does anyone know of an alternative available bearing substitute? How difficult is it to R and R the bearings and races? Thanks, David

David, Bill Blue made for me some upper steering bushings that I utilize in the EPS modifications.

I have them in several Alpine columns.
