I replaced the seat upholstery because of a massive cigarette burn in the RH seat. (Maybe it was fireworks, the hole went all the way to the carpet - I'm surprised the whole car didn't go up.) I saved the LH seat cover and foam because I hate to throw away anything useful, but the likelihood of my falling into another Alpine that just needs one seat cover is pretty low.
Original black vinyl, in good shape, foam is not collapsed, needs a good cleaning and some vinyl dressing. No diaphragm or hooks, or other parts. Free to anyone who can use it and would like to pick it up or I'll happily box it up but I have no idea how much shipping will be on something like this.
 
Thanks for the quick response Dan. I'll search for a box to fit and see what I can find out about shipping options.
A friend recently told me about 'Pirate Ship'. Have you any experience with them? Any other recommendations? I usually try to make my transactions close to home so i don't ship much.
