Series II - New BHJ Crank. Balancer

My stock balancer had the common crack at the Woodruff Keyway.
So out with the old & in with the new.

Just acquired a new one manufactured by BHJ.
It looks quite nice & fancy!

Being that I like to make my rebuilt old car engines appear as stock as possible....
Do you all suggest I paint it black?
Or just leave it as is? I wouldn't mind it not being black.
Just wonder what others have done with their BHJ Balancers.
