Series II - Defroster Cable Route

I ordered both:
- Heater Control Valve Cable (long)
- Defroster Cable (short)

The Heater Control Valve Cable is installed & working gloriously!

The Defroster Cable, though:
- I am not certain of where it routes...
- From the dash slider unit to the area that tilts open or shut the door for Floor Heat versus Defroster Windscreen Heat
- Can someone let me know?
- What IS living there currently is a longer cable that is frozen & broken.
- The new cable is less than 12" in length.

Any chance you might find a clue amongst the JonPiz series 2 restoration photos? They are at https://forum.sunbeamalpine.org/index.php?media/albums/johnpizs-series-ii-restoration.13/ It is an RHD car, so the setup might be slightly different than yours.

Well that is one car restoration!!!! But no image of the defroster cable routing; ha!
