I have a Jaeger tacho 2310/00 which I believe is correct for Series I and II cars. The front of the tach is in excellent condition with no fading of marks on the face, clear unscratched glass and nice shiny chrome with ni pitting. The body has some surface rust but it would clean off easily. It comes with the fixing bracket and nuts and the bulb holders for main beam and indicator, but not illumination. I have not fitted this to my SIII but was told that it was working when I acquired it.
