rubbers for Traction Master bars (bolt on)

I am looking for the rubbers for bolt on Traction Master bars, this bars are fitted to my Tiger in the UK in the early nineties.
I have sent an email to Traction-Master Co. in Burbank Califonia and after sending several emails I finally got an answer that they could help me out. But on my question what I have to pay including shipping to the Netherlands I got the strange question if I could give them my adress and then they could inform me about the total price. But why did they need my address when I had already informed them that I live in the Netherlands? My specific adress does not influence the shipping price isn't it?
Well after I have supplied them with my adress I did not hear from them again even not after sending more emails to them. I have experienced this before with companies in the USA and never never with European companies. Is this a cultural thing or....?
Well I hope that somebody on this forum is able and willing to guide me in the right direction.

Thanks Michael for your advice which I want to follow. But the biggest problem now is to find a company that can provide this bushes and that will do as they promise!
I am afraid that I have simply to remove the existing anti tramp bars and drive without them....

By the way: I have a LSD differential on my Tiger and now I wonder what is the advantage of having installed anti tramp bars as they are installed on my Tiger. I have bought this car with both LSD and anti tramp bars and I have never asked myself this question uptil now.

With out the bars, You will get axle hop when you drop the hammer on the go pedal.
With the LSD you will lay down 2 nice black intermittent stripes on the pavement.

The traction bars will stop axle hop when installed correctly,nthe car squats, the bars stop the spring deflection and the wheels spin
