They do look very nice. Good job. I was looking for years to get them anywhere. Only got a single side repro from one of our club mates (unpolished). However the metal shop who did them unfortunately was completely rejecting to do more. Then I suddenly found a good used original pair at a shop in UK. So I'm ultimately fine. But still looking for the spears though...

That is at cost i wouldn’t be making anything.the rear corners were a similar price but aparantly the spears are harder to make

We converted the data, but some issues happened . So no actual print out yet. Furthermore we can only print plastics so far, but not metall. Started a rebuild in stainless in parallel, which is promising, but still need to weld the 2 pieces together. It will be close but not quite...

What's the "data" in what format? AutoCAD? Solidworks?
Even if I can have a high resolution jpg of it, I can make a Solidworks part of it. I need one of these too.
My friend has a CNC router that can cut it out.

The scans were taken by one of our mechanical engineers who unfortunately left the company, so we are having trouble to retrive his data. Furthermore he only did it as an outer surface scan so any repro would be just a black plastic solid. No clue which data format he used back in the day. This is where I am with my handmade repro currently. Not bad to begin with, but would still prefer a real repro:

Has there been any progress on the spear repro activity ? Think I'ld be ready to pay the 550£ / set if they can still be made for that amount. Looking at HLM registry pictures there must be more demand out there...

what is the output file type? Do you what the native file type is? I can import into Solidworks and see what i can do for you.

The badge shouldnt be a large file, its not complex and the only part that could cause difficulty is the textured finish in the recess area.
The rhino file i had done didnt have the texture as it was intended to do that manually.
I have some old hdd i need to browse to find the 3dm... it was in my 2014 work drive.
