These tanks have been dipped at a industrial metal cleaning shop (Cincinnati OH).
Completely cleaned to bare metal, and removed paint, rust and so on.
No pinholes at all, these are in nice shape.
One set includes the two tanks, two elbows and one crossover pipe.

New to the forum, so may have replied incorrectly. Can you let me know if the fuel tanks are still for sale?
 
I assume they are tight. Were you able to test them in any way?
When I rebuilt my car, I cleaned and coated the tanks which worked for about 8 years. Now they are leaking badly.
