Hole in my back silencer..

Alpine V. Im looking for a replacement for my back box (silencer) which i can just switch in without any cutting etc.
 
When I was a young Medical student- We used to wrap the silencer in plaster bandages ( the ones used to make a plaster cast NOT a fibreglass one) Then we would take the car for a long drive -An almost industructable repair -I think is still functioning on my Alpine 35 years later .
