Dallas Cars & Coffee Show Report 7/06/13

Troupe and I took our V6 Alpine and were late arriving but still enjoyed the cars and visits with other enthusiasts.

Bill Mohr and his son attended the show, but without either of their Series IV Alpines. We had a nice visit with them and look forward to having more than one Alpine at the show.

Yes, we did have the hood up and there were lots of questions about the engine. A few very knowledgeable hop-up folks came to chat and that was also educational and enjoyable:


One visitor even commented that the Holley carb is nearly as big as the engine!

Good to meet you Charles. I smiled when I heard one guy telling his wife as they walked past, "See it came with a V6, but then they put in a V8 and called it a Tiger."
