Unless originality is critical, I would go with a 0.625" Wilwood compact MC (either integral reservoir or remote reservoir to suit your taste).

Pretty sure SS sells the early "can" style clutch MC, but it is about twice the price of the Wilwood units and I have no idea where it is made.

Recently installed one of the SS can style master cylinders. It seems to be a twin of the original. No idea on the quality or history, but it does work.
