There were at least 5 Alpines there. THe video is of the cars that left early when it started to rain. Not like Californai I'm afraid. I was there with my HLM, the SAOC Chairman turned up in his SV, there was a Series I which returned from Sri Lanka and even had some bomb damage repairs. the local area is going to make this a regular session as we there would otherwise be too few attendees. Best thing is all the cars are drivers, and few are show queens. THe classics turned the heads, the Lambos just made noise.

Glenn, what a flashback this video provided. You zipping me around the streets of London (in the rain) with your HLM and its freshly rebuilt engine. The thrill, exhilaration, sometimes white knuckled moments. I thoroughly enjoyed every minute. Also, a great memory of dinner with our wives while we all shared worldly adventures. Sunbeam owners live life with maximum fulfillment when sharing.
