No, surprisingly mine came with an original one. I was actually looking for some other interior parts, and it happened to be on the same page as some of the bits I was looking for.
By the way, just for the record, that Welsh Enterprises website has some horrendously expensive stuff! And not all of it is new – much of it is *used* bits!

Interesting subject. But for me, I take out the cigar/cigarette lighter and put in a usb adapter.
