Calendars

Great to hear! I am looking forward to getting mine. And, my thanks to everyone who heeded our call to submit photos earlier so that Eric would be able to mail the membership packets out before the Christmas rush. We'll start calling for 2026 photos shortly. :)

I got mine today. I like the various pics on the calendar as well as the rest of the swag. Thanks to the club officers for all they do.
 
Got my 2025 calendar and swag this weekend. Good job on putting that together, the extra page that gets it to Jan 26 is a good idea. Thanks for being on December’s! Just a note the 62 Superminx Estate was the parts car from Brandon MB. Not a before & after pic. Very solid car with many interchangeable body parts to the 67.
 
Got my membership pack last Friday and brought it to my club's Cars n Coffee Saturday morning.
It is so impressive we are decided to do our own calendar this month.

Sorry to our Canadian members-I have had 15 calendars ready to mail for a few weeks now and this is the message on our USA post office website today
Alert: Canada Post advises that the strike by its employees has ended. However, international mail service to Canada is still suspended
I hope that Santa can deliver your presents soon. And I will too as soon as they will let me!

Jason and Toyanvil it is not the Post Office's fault.
I have been doing this for 6 years now. This is the first year I was able to get everything together early enough to mail out the calendars before the end of the year!
And that is the problem.
I base these mailings on who has paid during 2024 using the PayPal receipts I get when you have paid up.. So you two and at least 10 others have not yet paid this year based on your renewal dates as of today until 31 Dec. Jason yours is 30 Dec and Toyanvil yours was due on 22 Dec. When I see that PayPal receipt stating that you are paid up for 2024 I will get your calendar in the mail.
Silver members will start being mailed out in January.
Ironically, in previous years we did not have this problem as I didn't start mailing out the calendar until January!
Once you see the red banner saying Donation Time you can pay then. You can't pay earlier than that if you are still current.
I have about six members who should have a calendar and never sent me their current address after I emailed them.
PayPal receipts used to show mailing addresses-many of them now do not.
So I have to use the address stored on our club roster that I maintain. But if you are a new club member I won't have that address.
Also if you move and don't change your mailing address with PayPal or let me know, your calendar gets sent to the wrong address and then I have to mail it all over again once I find out what your new address is. That costs your club money and my extra time doing so.
Anyone wondering what their status is please PM me and I will check and let you know.

65sunbeam, thank you for all your work on the calendars they always look great. I have been a member here for the last 17 years and this is the first year my visa card got hacked, so I will just have to wait until I can get it cleared up with paypal to get a calendar. I just thought it was odd that my dues were due on Dec 22 and series6 got his on or before Dec 18.
