Bring a trailer Alpine with 80psi oil pressure?

My Alpine is between 25psi and 45psi. I thought this was normal.

The Ad says "Warm oil pressure is reportedly between 25 and 80 psi". Could it have something to do with that oil breather on the oil cap tower where the hose that usually comes from the air filters fits. I would think that would lower the oil pressure.

Nice original Alpine. Engine looks good, and still running stock bore like mine.

The Oil Pressure Relief Valve must be stuck. And note it says "WARM oil pressure", not hot.

I don't think it would range from 25 to 80 if it was stuck. Maybe it is modified and not properly adjusted?
