It looks to be very rusty to me. The floors look flat in the fourth photo, suggesting a prior cheap 'restoration'. And you can see a lot of rust behind the right front wheel. I am guessing it is a parts car, worth less than half what he is asking.

Sometimes when somebody yanks the carpets out it's better than letting them become sponges, especially if the floor plugs are pulled out.
Call it the Las Vegas edition pull the carpets out so you can see the floor show :)

Probably not an actual '68. No backup lights, non-peaked headlight rims, and the head in the trunk doesn't have the recessed spark plug holes.
