Automatic Alpine or Convertible Minx or Rapier

Keeping my eye open for a decent solid driver Alpine or other Rootes convertible, with an automatic in it. No preference to the drivetrain type, so not looking for originality. Ideally would love to find V6 powered one. My wife won't drive a standard..... Not looking for a project as I have no time for that. If you have one or know somebody who is interested in selling theirs, please pm me.

I have a nearly-complete Rootes-produced Series IV automatic I may be willing to sell. The car has been sitting quite some time so it would need some work but it's overall pretty solid and the engine turns. No other Series Alpine offered a auto gearbox except for the Series IV and not many were made.

Mark Thanks for the offer. As I mentioned I'm not looking for a project. I'd only consider something like that if there was enough buffer to send it to a garage to make it road worthy. Is there a way on this forum to send me pictures of your car?
