Another V6 SV Alpine

Hi Dan- Here’s the upper radiator hose setup and the dash with the glove box in place. I figure the heat sensor should be at the top of the motor but wondered about alternatives. The upper neck is from the ranger 2.8 and had the position towards the radiator neck.Al

Al, I'll give you a call shortly about the upper hose housing. Doesn't look like an original for the 2.8.

The Cubby Box needs to be put toffgetrher with the surrond, then into the dash as a unit.

Interesting, I thought I was the only one with a fully removable trans tunnel. I guess not.

After trying a different bellhousing and slave cylinder, slave came out on the RH side. Cut the floor to accommodate, would have worked until I found other items that would not fit an Alpine. TVR 280i is the same 2.8 but has different accessories than US stuff.
Removable tunnel is the way to go! Didn’t plan on it but there you go.

Thanks Dan for looking for those. What are they off of? Will have to take a trip over in the next couple of months.

Tried putting on the surround first but have a time getting the RH pin into the padded lower hole. Dealing with a warped cubby box will give it another try with a different cubby (the one that was in it). Unfortunately the back is cut on it.

Is a fan shroud required for V6? If so what have you been using? I did put a 6 blade Alpine fan on to get more air moving.
