Entertaining read. Reminds me of our SV Alpine that we had at the French Lick United, someone who followed us told me that there was oil and antifreeze on his windscreen. Found it was running on 3 cylinders and had two broken oil rings and leaking head gasket. Surprised it got us back to the hotel from Jaspers! Rebuilt the motor and learned all about Rootes 1725. Sold the Alpine after that.
